I’m J Ahee, the founder of cafe jahee.
I’ve spent the last ten years working in coffee shops and cafes, making drinks, training teams, managing shops, and consulting on openings. I started this business because I love events and I really love espresso (here I am obsessing over La Marzocco machines in their showroom in Florence!)
